great location, great condo, great managemeny
The good: - Nicely appointed and decorated - comfortable beds - location, great restaurants, 2 blocks to gold line (free train), safe and walkable neighborhood, park across the street. - owner manager communication and responsiveness is spectacular. - 5 to 10 minute drive to Plaza Midway, Dilworth, Southend, Mid town, uptown, Noda, and Myers Park - price/value - I challenge you to find a better condo at this price with all of these positives. - neighbors in the building are friendly and quiet. The bad: - a bit of road noise as there are major through ways during peak traffic. Highly recommend.

Amazing Condo
I really cant say enough good things about this condo! My travel partner and I said so many times to ourselves how much we lucked out finding this place. It is so stylish and made our off days restful and full of peace. It is also in my favorite part of charlotte, so if you like to walk and eat good food this is the perfect corner for you. The owners are extremely helpful and prompt at responding and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our months here! Couldnt recommend enough.
