Bright 2BR 2.5 Bath condo in a great neighborhood close to Nashville hospitals.

Fantastic Stay

This place was absolutely pwrfect for our 3 month assignment. It was only a 15 minute drive to work, a close drive to food and grocery stores, and in a quiet neighborhood. The landlord was very kind a responsive during our entire stay. If we had another assignment in Nashville, I'd reach out to rent again. The townhouse had everything you would need and more. We barely unpacked our household items because she had it all.

Perfect location and a great condo!

We had a great stay at Kristens place! It was stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location was great the neighborhood was very walkable which was perfect for taking my dog on walks. It also had easy access to the interstate which made it easy to get around Nashville. We had a few things come up during our stay, and the landlord was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. We would recommend this townhouse to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect house, perfect location!

This was the perfect place to stay while I did a travel nurse assignment in Nashville! Kristen is a great host and very easy to communicate with. The house is stocked with everything you could need, was very clean and beautifully decorated! The location was perfect as well; it is in a safe area and very close to many restaurants, shopping, and work. My favorite place to go was the coffee shop right on the corner of the street! I highly recommend staying here!!

Best furnished finder!!

I cant recommend this place enough!! By far one of the best furnished finders I have stayed at! Has everything you could need and more! Fully stocked kitchen. Amazing location and K is a great host!! Very reasonable price! The house is very spacious and the bedrooms are great too. Very close to the hospitals and everything you need! (including target and Trader Joes)! Safe neighborhood with lots to do around. I honestly wish I owned this property!

Great condo in perfect location

I stayed here while doing a summer internship, and it couldn't have been better. The condo is very clean, and the furniture/decor is very chic and bright. The location might be the best part though. With some traffic, it's a 10 min drive to downtown and 20 min to the airport. The neighborhood is very peaceful and a short walk from a large park (West Park) and countless restaurants and popular spots around the Nations. Despite the shared walls, I never heard anything from the condos on either side, and everyone around seemed very friendly. Highly recommend.

Great location!

This was a perfect space for me to stay while in my clinicals! Very close to Vanderbilt and downtown area. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Parking and amenities were great! I would recommend this place to anyone!
