Quality Rental

This was a top-quality rental. The room itself was well-furnished and clean, with a clean bathroom and well-stocked with all the amenities you could want. The common areas were well-kept as well; the kitchen and the bathroom were fully operational, too. Never had any problems with them. And there's a stream you can visit out back, which was fun. Plus, it's located in the perfect spot: far enough from Dayton not to be bothered by the city noise, but close enough that a bunch of restaurants, stores, etc. are only a few minutes away. And Julie was the nicest landlord I've had so far! She doesn't mind if you stay there one month or 12 months, so it's a great solution for those in need of temporary housing, but not looking to break the bank. Overall, would recommend!

Safe and Well-Kept Furnished Finder

I stayed here for 18 months and it was great! Just what I was looking for among properties in Dayton that were relatively cheap and roomy. The house was just as nice as the listing! Lots of room to relax and had a TV. The kitchen provided so much and there are 2 refrigerator/freezers in the common space of the house. The bathrooms were good and recently renovated. My room was very spacious and came with good amount of furniture. The washer/dryer setup was super nice too - simple to use and always worked very well! I just wish the garage was available for rent because I would've bought a spot for the winters. Julie was very nice and responsive if something needed attention like temperature or internet. The thing I appreciated the most was that she took an increasingly serious approach to vetting the people who stayed here. It made the place feel safer and more comfortable. And with that I think she was always mindful of the place and in the quality of everyone's stay. Thanks Julie!

I lived here while I was on a contract at Miami Valley Hospital. The location was perfect for both main &south campuses, a 10-15 minute drive, with plenty of grocery stores &shopping super close. The living room and sunroom were perfect to hang out in, backyard is spacious, and everyone was so nice &respectful of each others space/things, especially in the shared space. I traveled alone, so security was very important to me: the electronic lock worked perfectly &we all had separate keys for our bedrooms, so I always felt safe &comfortable. As a nurse, I always need a reliable washer-dryer & kitchen, as well as guaranteed parking - this house did not disappoint. The kitchen is huge &well stocked, with plenty of storage space, &the driveway always had open spots. The landlord is awesome, she was super accommodating &always responsive whenever I had any questions/concerns, or just needed to borrow something. I had the perfect stay here, and absolutely recommend it/will stay again!

Great short term Rent-a-Room

Great short term Rent-a-Room I only needed a short term lease situation and J was very flexible. Perfect location close to hospitals and all local areas, if need to travel. Great FULLY FURNISHED room and house. Kitchen, living, backyard, common areas, are used by other guests. Got to meet some great people.
