This is a quiet older neighborhood close to lake Monona and several beaches. Also close to the Yahara river. It is a great walking neighborhood with coffee shops, bars, restaurants and shopping nearby. Great for dogs.

First Travel Contract
My name is scott i was getting my first travel contract at unitypoint meriter and this was a good location for my contract. Apartment is very spacious and was able to suit my needs. Landlords were very responsive which is what i liked the most about staying here and they were able to help me with anything i had questions about. Thank you for helping me with my first travel contract i drove all the way from boston and this made things easier.
