Bright & updated studio

This is a great little studio that has a really nice feel to it with tons of natural light. My husband, dog, and I enjoyed living here for 4 months and highly recommend it! It had everything you need for a short or longer stay. Wonderful little patio & view of mt Tam as well!

Great Place to Stay!

Heidi has been an amazing host and her space has been the perfect fit for my dog and I over the last several months. The space is lovely and gets a ton of natural light. The location is amazing and very walkable!

Honest Review

This unit is perfect for a traveler. You have everything you need from a kitchen, living room, full standing shower and washer/dryer. The unit is perfectly decorated, clean and easy to navigate. There are great restaurants and a grocery store walking distance. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Parking is included and close. I've never had an issue receiving packages/mail. There is great privacy in the unit. Heidi is a great host and will make sure you have everything you need. I had no issues moving in or during my stay. I would highly recommend!

Lovely place to rent! The unit is quaint, clean, and equipped with all the necessities. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. And Heidi, the host, is so gracious , flexible, and quick to respond for all my needs. It has been a great stay!

This cozy studio stay was absolutely amazing! It was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Heidi went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Communication was seamless! Heidi was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish!

Studio Apartment

I have stayed in this cozy studio apartment for several months. It has been perfect! It has everything you would need. Along with the hanging rack, there are some drawers and shelves to store your clothing. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The location is wonderful. Grocery stores, restaurants and the hospital are all close. H is kind and makes you feel very welcomed. If you need anything she is very prompt at communicating. I have stayed at other places in the area, I would definitely come back to this one. Highly recommend staying here!

Dreamy Hideaway

It has been such a joy to get to come back from work every day to my humble abode for the time being. The space is quaint, cozy, and efficient. Im amazed how Ive felt so many different living spaces - eating area, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, living and bedroom all in a compact area! It makes cleaning and doing your daily tasks quick, easy, and simple. Grocery stores, shopping centers, and restaurants are walking distance, while being in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. H* has been very helpful and communicative with me and her investment to maintaining a lovely place for her renters is clear. This studio does not disappoint!

Cozy Studio

Im a traveling physical therapist and have been living here ~1.5 months. A lot of families and kids live around here, so its a safe/quiet neighborhood. A Safeway is <5 minute walk with restaurants in the same complex. Landlord is very kind, and has been easy to talk to. The unit is a mother-in-law suite thats connected to the house, but with one main entrance. Highly recommended!
