My name is Chad Cain. I am a fire fighter here in Boise. My wife and I love to be close to downtown amentities. We use the Leadville bike path right by the property thats takes you directly to the river and greenbelt. We also love walking/biking to all the parks near by that accommodate all our hobbies. Our favorites are Manitou, Ivywild, and Williams parks for pickleball, basketball, tennis, and peaceful walks.
