Beautiful Condo!

If you're looking for a beautiful and relaxing place to stay this is the place! We absolutely loved it! Upon arrival the instructions were easy and clear on how to enter the condo, it was clean and bright as we entered the unit! The host were wonderful and responded quickly! We're definitely going to book again if we're in the area! It'll be my number one place in capitola! Thank you for being an amazing host!

Nice Short Term Stay

Unit was tastefully furnished, very well appointed, immaculately clean and with great amenities like a new big-screen tv and good internet. Hosts were very responsive! Thanks again!

Best Condo in Capitola!

Jen and Marina are the sweetest, most caring hosts you'll ever find. They were very welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel at home. I stayed for a year as i just loved it so much. The condo itself is in a great location, just 15 mins walk to New Brighton Beach and 20 minute walk to Capitola Village or the ever-famous Gayles. A 10 minute drive gets you to Trader Joe's, the mall or Target, what more could you want? I am a lone travel nurse so I really valued the safe neighborhood and the friendly neighbors. I highly recommend this condo as it is newly remodeled and decorated beautifully. Thank you Jen and Marina for giving Tiger and I such a beautiful place to stay, we hated to leave,

Oh, how we absolutely loved living here. From the comfy rooms to the excellent kitchenware to the ability to dim every light in the house, this place quickly felt like home. The landlords were communicative, the neighborhood is safe, and the neighbors are friendly too. Beyond all of this, the location is absolutely amazing. Walking to new Brighton state beach became a daily ritual for us. Weekends were our favorite, spending the day at the beach and enjoying Capitola village at night. We are so grateful for our stay. This condo will forever hold a place in our hearts.

Great place for a long term stay

I am a travel healthcare worker and stayed her for a few months for a contract. The condo was clean upon arrival and all the furnishings/dishes/towels provided were very nice! The owners were responsive if there was ever an issue. The neighborhood was very safe and within walking distance to the beach! I would highly recommend staying here!
