Great Central Location

My wife and I stayed here for about 7 months with our 2 small dogs. The condo is very comfortable and the location is very walkable to many restaurants, bars, coffee, grocery stores, and local attractions. Karen the property manager was easily accessible and responsive to our needs and questions. It would be very easy to stay here without a car since there is excellent transit available (i.e., bus, monorail, Uber, Lyft). We loved our stay here and highly recommend it.

Perfect Condo in Queen An e

This was the perfect place to land for our contract at UW Montlake. The neighborhood was so walkable and charming. Six minute walk to the grocery store, 15 to the space needle, and 2 blocks from various bus stops. The condo was well equipped, clean, quiet, and cozy. The fireplace is perfect for the rainy days and outdoor space for the sunny days. Bed was super comfortable and the twin pull-out was perfect when my partner was on call. The property manager, Karen, was incredibly helpful for any issues that arose and things were resolved quickly. We definitely felt at home here and were so sad to leave when our contract ended. We will be staying here again if we are ever contracted in Seattle again.
