Landlord is AMAZING!! Everything you need is provided in home and makes you feel very welcome! I extended for 2 weeks and Monty was very accommodating for extended stay at his place! Would highly recommend staying in his place, very safe area as well!

This (furnished) apartment was really good and we really felt at home. We stayed on the first floor Everything was arranged in a clean and organized manner including the sitting area, bedrooms , bathroom and the kitchen. The basement has 2 washers/dryers. Monty was always available and very helpful whenever needed and he stays in the nearby lane. Throughout our 1 month stay, we never felt any safety issues w.r.t the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this stay for future professionals as it is only around 5 mins by car and 20 mins walk from the UH (I used to commute by walking via the Wade Park daily).

This is such a cute and cozy apartment. The property manager did me a huge favor being available and so understanding with everything when I needed a place immediately. Apartment comes with everything you need to get started and be comfortable. If I'm ever back in town, I'll definitely check to see if this place is available:)

I chose this property for the proximity it is to Cleveland Clinic Main Campus and there are a lot of things to see in the area if you want to explore a little. I also like that the apartment is up do date with modern decor, and has a comfortable cozy vibe. The host is professional and prompt when addressing any questions, concerns, or needs for the apartment. He goes out of his way to ensure your stay is comfortable. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for a comfortable place to stay!!!

I renewed at this property multiple times because of how great the host has been. When I moved in, the place was clean and furnished with everything I needed. Its location to the clinic and UH is extremely convenient, it is located less than 15 minutes away from both. The house is very secure with multiple locks and outside cameras. The owner is receptive to any and all feedback and quick to address any issues. For instance, a RN mentioned the internet was slow and by later that week he had updated the internet for all of us. When I had an issue with a lock, he came over and opened the door for me and ensured the lock was still working correctly. It is pretty rare to find someone so accommodating and attentive to renters and that is why I kept renewing at this property.

It has been 6 weeks since Ive moved out and DM (the landlord) has not returned my deposit. I left this property in BETTER shape than it was given to me (which was absolutely unacceptable). I was a great tenant, always payed my rent on time, always quite and kept to myself. Absolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior from a grown man. Keeping hard earned money from ICU nurses should be in the description of this property.

I stayed on the 3rd floor apartment for my contract at UH Cleveland. The commute was an angel's breath sent from heaven, it was in a safe university neighborhood, and the other tenants the property owner allows in the building are very respectful of privacy and also very friendly. The kitchenette is small, but perfect size for one person. Only cons were 1) that the whole unit becomes extremely hot in the summer months, and the AC unit only reaches the bedroom unless you strategically place fans in the doorways; and 2) the whole apartment creaks, all the floors especially in the bathroom, and every staircase; and 3) the second floor's balcony is directly under the bedroom window, so if the tenant smokes while your window is open, the smell is very strong. Overall an excellent stay though! Owner is prompt in responding to requests and excellent in communication. Excellent, unbeatable commute to work and for exploring Cleveland. Definitely recommend.

My sister and I stayed on the second floor apartment. The location was great as I only had a 7min drive to Cleveland Clinic. The inside was just as pictured - clean and spacious. We stayed during the cooler months so we liked that there was a really nice space heater for our use in addition to the heating and cooling systems already there. The host was very helpful and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. For us, our only two cons were having to wash clothes in the basement, which was unfinished and to us creepy. We also didnt like how you could hear the creeks from other people walking up the stairs or around in the other apartments. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this space to other travelers!

Ive stayed at the first floor apartment and I am currently staying on the third floor. M, the host, has been very accommodating during my travel assignment in Cleveland. The apartments are clean and well kept with everything you may need. M is fast to respond and to keep the tenants up to date about need to know things around the unit. I have been very happy with my stay on these units and will be sad to leave as they have became my home away from home these last few months.

My wife and I stayed at this lodging for her observership at the Cleveland Clinic. We were very well guided about check-in, everything in the house was clean and spotless upon arrival. Plenty of cleaning supplies available. The accommodation is spacious, well equipped, air conditioned with an excellent central heating and furniture. The clean and practical bathroom, well equipped. We had at our disposal an excellent common area for washing clothes, with new machines. During this cold season, we went to many places on foot (Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, Case Western, Museum of Liberal Arts, Euclid Av and Little Italy), as well as frequenting Downtown by Lyft on weekends, a very fast and affordable ride . Many thanks to Monty for making our stay very much like home. Very cordial, helpful, quick responses and polite.

This was my first time ever finding my own housing for a travel assignment and I would have to say, it was a great experience from beginning to end. The host was flexible and easy to work with. The unit that I stayed in was very clean and well taken care of. It has all you will need for your temporary home away from home. I had no problems while I was there. The host was very efficient with getting back to me and taking care of things that came up. The location was great for work and any leisure activities that are around the area. It seemed like I didn't have to drive longer than 15 minutes to get to most places. If I were coming back to work this area again I would definitely try to get back into one of these units. I would recommend this property to others.
