Great location and very comfortable!
I stayed at this property as a visiting medical student at National Institutes of Health. The location is a short, easy walk to the Red line train station, which made my commute seamless. Besides easy Metro access, the location is a short walk from a supermarket, several restaurants, and a movie theater. Landlords are friendly, responsive, quiet, and give you privacy during your stay. The location accurately matched the pictures in the listing. Kitchen is well stocked w amenities, including microwave, full-sized fridge, oven, electric stovetop, coffee maker, pots/pans, utensils, cutting boards, and plates/bowls. The bedroom was very comfortable, had a generously sized closet, and it was great to have a TV in the bedroom. I especially enjoyed the ability to control my own AC unit while staying in the summertime. Overall the property is cozy, comfortable, thoughtfully stocked and decorated, and has walkable access to many nearby amenities. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Great Stay / Convenient location
Great property! Very close to red line metro stop and grocery stores and restaurants. Will definitely be back! Owners are very responsive for any concerns or issues you may have.

Convenient, clean, and comfortable
Convenient spot close to the supermarket, Metropolitan Branch Trail, cute neighborhood spots in Brookland, and the Metro. Landlords are very pleasant and responsive while still giving you your privacy, and are quick to tackle any issues that arise, though everything is well maintained so there were very few issues. Feels light for a basement apartment and the parking is a big bonus. Would highly recommend!

Just right
I stayed at this property while working at Childrens National. Its a super short walk to the red line. First stop on the red line is Brookland where you can take a free shuttle to the hospital and back. This property fit every need. Has one good dedicated parking spot. Anything that came up during the stay was quickly and efficiently. Owners are quiet, friendly, and very accommodating.
