This is a 3 bed 1 bath home. We have a shared bathroom and fully furnished shared living spaces including kitchen, laundry and living rooms. The front living room is being used as an office currently but there is also a back living room with a couch and large TV. Large backyard with a patio, hammock and fire pit. We have two very sweet dogs currently living here.

Excellent Housing
I am a travel RN that got to stay at Laura's property for 6 months. She is very thoughtful and a great host for her house. She's attentive and respectful. I worked overnight shifts and she was always mindful to noise and even installed blackout curtains to help eliminate light so I could sleep. Parking is easy and you are a quick 7 minute drive to UCHealth.
