Exceptional Casita and landlords!!

Beautiful stay in Orange County! The neighborhood is very clean and safe. I worked at CHOC, and the commute was very easy and no more than 8 minutes driving. The lamdlords are the best you can have, very friendly and courteous. My family visited me often, and they always felt welcomed by everyone. Private entrance is very convenient for everyone to not be distubed, and I felt everyone respected our privacy when needed. I 100% recommend this property, everything about it was fenomenal. Pool was always kept clean for use, unfortunately we weren't able to use it since it was during fall and winter, but I am sure it is awesome during the summer. The little apartment has everything you need, even for my small family of 4! I did not encounter any issues in my whole stay. Overall it was the best experience for my first travel assignment. I will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity presents.

Location, location, location. I am a travel nurse who found this gem in the heart of Orange, CA. The house is behind the main house and completely separate with its own entrance, so you have a lot of privacy. It's brand new, clean, and has everything you need with a full-size kitchen, w/d, and two cozy bedrooms. Lots of natural light, wood floors, and a neutral aesthetic helps create a truly special space. The most important factor is that it is VERY SAFE, located in a cul-de-sac with awesome owners who live on the premises. They provide a parking spot and a separate entrance. If you need anything, they are quick to respond and genuinely are lovely, warm, and welcoming people. Located about 5 minutes from the Circle, a popular area in downtown Orange. CHOC, UCI, Kaiser, and other hospitals are very close. Freeway access is easy if you want to drive to the beach, LA, or San Diego. This is a GEM!!!
