10/10 Would Recommend

I had a great experience using this Furnished Finder rental. As a travel nurse, having a clean, comfortable, and fully furnished place made a huge difference during my assignment, equipped with all the essentials. The furniture was good quality, the space was well maintained, and everything was exactly as described. Communication from owner was excellent from start to finish — clear, timely, and professional, which made the entire process stress-free. The unit was clean upon arrival and move-in ready. Overall, this was a smooth and positive experience, and I would absolutely recommend this rental to other travel nurses looking for reliable, quality housing or anyone else needing a nice place to call home base for a while. The best unit I've stayed in during my travel nursing journey.

Great space and location

My husband and I had a great stay. The apartment is in a great location; especially if you like biking! The cleaning lady came twice a month and did a great job. It was a nice stay for the price

Great place to stay

We lived here for a year and loved our stay. Our downstairs neighbors were very nice. Plenty of VERY hot water, great internet and in a nice, quiet area. Only a few minutes walk from an amazing pizza place called Ian's and plenty of trails and parks nearby to visit.

Things I wish I had known prior to booking

Pros: The apartment looks like the pictures posted, neighbors are friendly, very well stocked with dishes and paper items Cons: 1) Space is actually 7 miles from UW Hospital, not what is listed on FF 2) No access to a thermostat and it gets uncomfortably warm upstairs. 3) I could literally hear my downstairs neighbor snoring from my bed, the walls and apparently floor are paper thin 4) Every other week cleaning was advertised as part of the rent but the cleaner only reached out to me once during my stay and on the day of cleaning she unlocks my door and walks into my house without any warning, knowing I was home.

The inaccurate distance listing was a glitch in the app and I reported it to Furnished Finder as soon as it was pointed out to me. As for the other comments, I am at a loss to understand why this tenant felt the need to say these things unless it was because I contacted her mother to beg her to ask her daughter to pay me the money she owed me. She broke her lease, stayed longer than she originally said and left without paying the portion of rent she’d agreed to. She refused to let the housekeeper clean most of the apartment citing her aggressive dog. She left an unbelievable mess, filthy toilet, dog hair on every surface. I’ve been fortunate to have many wonderful tenants with never a single complaint so this was a very unpleasant surprise!
