If I could give higher then 5 stars, I would!
From walking into the hand written note and welcome basket, as well as the extra care provided for my family and dogs, I felt the peace in my home away from home! There were more then all the necessary amenities. With its old school charm, it's been beautifully updated. A lot of care and love has been poured into this home. The property has a large, fenced in yard, and 2 car parking pad behind the gate for off street parking. Throughout my extended stay, Ms. M has been incredibly respectful and responsive. She checked with me first to make sure the time for her lawn care and her housekeeper were agreeable to me. She made it easy for me to extend my stay several times Being well established in the neighborhood, the neighbors are delightful. The Spence House is not far from major interstates, making it convenient to get to local attractions, and the oceanfront. Thank you so very much for allowing me to stay in your lovely home!

Simply Beautiful!
This is an older home that has been tastefully renovated throughout. All I could say was WOW and it is exactly as pictured online.We had all the comforts of home as soon as we stepped in the door.The beds were super comfortable,food in the refrigerator, snacks and cabinets stocked, forgot a toothbrush?,there's an extra one in the bathroom. Need a lint brush?, there was one of those as well. The toy box for children was a really nice touch. My daughter enjoyed it so much that she wasn't ready to leave.Thank you for accommodating me with a Short stay on such short notice. I also appreciate that you reached out to make sure that I was ok. You were a really great host all around and I'm looking forward to staying with you again. Thank you

Exceptional!
Sooo cozy and welcoming with all the right touches. Great natural light! Exceptionally well maintained with ALL the amenities of home. First rate quality. Wonderful Kitchen!!! Was worried about parking so appreciated private driveway parking for both cars. Enjoyed working with owner- responsive and accommodating. We'll be back.
