I am not present on the property very often, but will be present as I continue to move out the remainder of my items and to tend to yard work/upgrades on the property. I will be mindful and respectful of day/night shift and odd sleeping schedules. My priority is to host first.

Neighborhood overview

Centrally located. South Richmond, so also borders the line of everything Chesterfield or if you see Midlothian area. Very close to river activities which include hiking and biking trails access. These trails can take you to a number of different city points. Close to a number of different hospitals. Closest is Chippenham and VCU. Henrico Doctor hospitals are all very close too.
