I had the pleasure of residing here in Unit A for approximately 14 months. It is conveniently located in the heart of Hollywood. It is surrounded by many restaurants, gas stations, and other services. Not to mention a 5 minute drive from the famed Hard Rock Casino and 13 minutes from Hollywood-FLL International Airport. It's a perfect place to reside whether you're a semi-short term or long term traveler. It is fully equipped with every appliance and amenity one could need. The owners are extremely responsive, communicative, and are dedicated to ensuring your stay is comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend and would encourage one to take action as properties such as this do not stay available very long!

Cozy Studio Apartment
Hollywood Casita is a pleasant stay with all the appliances, linens, and cookware needed for a short-term stay. The studio is comfortable and decorated nicely. It is well-lit and cooled efficiently. I enjoyed having a full size refrigerator which is hard to find in a studio in this area. It is conveniently located close by a walmart, target, race-trac gas station, plenty of places to eat and of course the beach. Being right off the main street was a little louder than I would have liked as a student working long hours; however, I used ear plugs and white noise after the first night and never had another issue! Highly recommend.

Great place
My stay here was very enjoyable! The place was super clean upon arriving and you can tell it's well kept. There are also a bunch of convenient places nearby; restaurants, fast food, grocery stores/shopping centers, pubs/entertainment spots, etc. Having everything so close was a huge plus, so make sure to take advantage of that. In terms of appliances/what's provided, I personally didn't have to buy anything besides some groceries, everything else is already supplied so it's just a matter of making the most of the place and enjoying the stay. Never had an issue with the owners or the area, anytime I had questions they got back to me pretty quickly.
