Cozy modern artistic studio with tons of natural light

I have stayed in this studio twice, first time for 8 months, second time for 12 months, and each time I am away from Seattle, I long to stay in this lovely studio. The studio is in a great location with great restaurants/cafes/breweries/landmarks within a 1-2 mile radius, yet in a safe, quiet, and tranquil area. If you have a car, there is a parking spot right in front of the main house, otherwise bus stops are within a few minutes walking distance. The studio space itself is beautiful, full of art, character, warmth, and natural light. Every inch and item in the home is meticulously well thought out and designed. I second the previous reviewer's statement that you only need to bring your clothes. Everything you need and more (air purifier, sound machine, cot for guests, etc) is stocked in this home. Charlotte fosters a welcoming and comforting environment. She is quick to respond to inquiries and questions. Rarely did anything need to be replaced or fixed, but if it did, Charlotte handled it right away. I felt well supported by Charlotte's kindness and care whenever I needed anything for myself. My stay here has exceeded every expectation of furnished housing. This studio is a hidden Seattle gem and is too good to pass up!

Great convenient furnished rental!

I stayed here for 2 months while working at UW Montlake and it was wonderful! It is in a safe and quiet residential area but still very convenient to get around places. Public transportation is close- theres a bus stop nearby walking distance and the light rail is only a 12 minute drive, which can take you to the city, airport, etc. You can always find a parking spot infront of the house if you have a car. The cottage is private, comfortable, fully furnished, full kitchen with everything you need. No need to bring anything except your clothes. It is close to many restaurants and grocery stores (Trader Joes) and many more in the area. The owners are very nice and are always willing to help and share tips and things to do in Seattle! I would recommend staying here if you have a travel contract in Seattle!
