A Hidden Gem with Spectacular Views and Amazing Hosts!!!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in this beautiful beachfront condo for four months, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The ocean views are absolutely breathtaking, waking up each morning and enjoying the sights and sounds of the beach was such a blessing! The condo is cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed for an extended stay. It was comfortable, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax and unwind. Most importantly, Mr. Howard and Mrs. Maureen are exceptional hosts! They are kind, responsive, and genuinely care about their guests experience. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcomed and valued. We are incredibly grateful for our time here and made so many wonderful memories. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful beachfront retreat with amazing hosts. It was truly a 5-star experience from beginning to end!

Home Away From Home

Our time on Carolina Beach will forever be one of mine, and my partners, favorite experiences! The two of us are Travel Nurses and we've been to many places and have found ourselves comparing each stop to the months we spent here. Howard and Maureen were so accommodating in every way. The condo supplied everything, both landlords were always there when needed, and the lifestyle we created in Carolina Beach was the perfect work + life balance. Staying here became our home away from home. The most perfect experience of a coastal beach town that I could not recommend enough.

Heaven on Earth!

Ive been a travel nurse for over 15 years and this is hands down the best place Ive EVER stayed! Waking to the sun rising over the beach, and ending my days with the beautiful sunsets right off the balcony really made my experience one to remember. I loved the easy access to the beach, a lake, and being within walking distance to so many restaurants. It was everything I needed! To top it off, the landlord and landlady are absolutely AMAZING to work with and treated me like family! I felt safe and that they cared about me and about how my stay was going. They are both very friendly, helpful, flexible, and genuinely great people, which makes renting from them so seamless. In fact, I enjoyed my experience so much that I am returning to this absolute GEM in the Fall for another 3 months! Great location with a view!

Great condo with ocean views and direct beach access near downtown Carolina Beach. Close to walking/running/biking trails, walking-distance to restaurants in CB, and 30 mins from downtown Wilmington. In-unit washer/dryer and adequate storage make this condo a great find for long term contract employees.

Peaceful and cozy with a great ocean view

Waking up to the sunrise, seeing dolphins swim by, and watching pelicans fly right by our window made our stay here truly magical. The condo had great amenities, including a comfortable king bed, in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. The living space was cozy, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, with a download speed of 373Mb. The owners were so kind and communicative, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach. It was close enough to the heart of town to enjoy the great walkable options for restaurants, groceries, drinks, and more, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of a less crowded beach area. Overall, we highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay with a stunning ocean view. The hosts were excellent, the amenities were great, and the location was ideal for beach lovers.

Amazing Condo!!

This condo is absolutely amazing! The views are incredible and the beach is just steps away. The owners are the nicest people ever and will make sure you have everything you possibly need. The condo itself is in great shape. There are plenty of towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. The beds and couch are super comfortable. Having an in unit washer and dryer was a must and very convenient. The Carolina Beach area is very fun and entertaining. This condo really gives you the best of both worlds with beach views but also not too far from downtown Wilmington. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it. It truly is a great find.
