Great stay in Hyannis

This was a great place to stay while working at Cape Cod Hospital. You can get to work in 5 minutes flat. It is very comfortable and the most thoroughly stocked rental I've ever had. Literally everything you could possibly need is available. I can't say enough to recommend the owner. She is super prompt with all communication and delightful to work with!

The perfect rental!

This property is accurately described and shown through the pictures. It is the perfect place to relax after a long day of work and has all the amenities including the spacious back yard with a vegetable garden and an outdoor shower. The house is fully stocked with kitchen utensils, towels/linens, and cleaning supplies. The appliances are all new and make the place stand out. The furniture is comfortable and there is a large screen TV with many channels and streaming options. It is well within walking/biking distance from Cape Cod Hospital, Cape Cod Orthopedics and Spaulding Outpatient facility, not to mention several beaches and downtown Hyannis. I highly recommend renting this place and was blown away by the landlord's attentiveness and prompt communication.
