Great property for our family

We stayed at A's property for the month of January 2024. The property was clean, well stocked, decorated beautifully, safe, and functional for our family and dog. Alex was a great host, prepared a great welcome package for us, and was always quick to respond with any issues or questions we had. The location of the property was great for us with proximity to Disneyland and other essentials like Target, Restaurants, and the freeway. We got a lot of use out of the pool and hot tub. The other tenants in the buildings were friendly and welcoming as well. We felt safe and enjoyed the underground parking. We would rebook this property in a heart beat.

home away from home

To start this review, A is just an all around awesome landlord of this property. He was super helpful and available with any and all issues that we encountered during our stay. This apartment was truly our home away from home. The location is key; close to gyms/malls/disney/highways/major city centers & even beautiful beaches. We were sad to leave, but would highly recommend anyone to stay here; you will not regret your stay!

Amazing place with an AMAZING host!

The condo is awesome! My friend and I stayed here for 3 months and were sad to leave. It's stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is a pool and gym on site. Safe parking with gated access. Close to the freeway with easy access to the beach, Disney, LA, and airports. Never had a problem getting an Uber/Lyft. If we ever had any issue, A was quick to respond and remedy the situation. He brought us treats on Christmas. And we were so happy to grab some drinks with him before we left. He is a GEM!! A truly went above and beyond, if I'm ever in the area would absolutely stay here again!

The PERFECT home for travel nurses

The perfect home away from home for travel professionals! The condo is large, clean/organized/well kept and beautifully decorated. The unit is stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need during your stay. The complex is well maintained and felt very safe- locked, gated community but the surrounding areas also felt safe when going out to the nearby grocery store, Target and to grab a bite to eat. On site gym and pool/hot tub were well kept and an added bonus to this already amazing space. The property manager was also so helpful and welcoming. He was available for all our questions whether it be something about the condo or to recommend a restaurant and help make the most of our time in Orange County. We had a very minor issue with the wifi when we first arrived; the property manager responded back extremely fast, addressed the issue and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend staying at this space and wish I could rent from A in every city I stay in.

Cozy Condo

I was able to stay at this property for a weekend. Comfortable bed and cozy couch with vaulted ceilings. It has all the amenities you need. I highly recommend this place thats centralized in Orange County near the 5 and 22 Freeway.
