LOVE this property! Me and my family stayed here for about 4 months while I completed a nursing assignment at Havasu Regional Medical Center. The house is amazing and it really felt like home. It is cozy and all the furniture is comfortable. It was well stocked and even had essentials for surrounding activities like trips to the lake (beach towels, beach chairs, etc). The location is great, the house is private, and the neighbors are very friendly. The landlord was accommodating, responsive, and personable. She even left a welcoming gift for my 2 year old which he still talks about to this day! If my work ever brings me back to Havasu we would be lucky to stay in this house again!
Everything about this rental was perfect for my pets and me! Plenty of space for guests, nice fenced in yard and patio area, very clean, and great neighbors on a quiet street! The owners were so nice and easy to work with, they always made sure I had everything to make my stay perfect. I would definitely stay again!
