This studio apartment has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. full kitchen, plenty of storage and is in a great quiet friendly neighborhood. Goldie is a friendly caring landlord, always checking in to make sure stay is as comfortable as can be.

Great Place in NH

This was the perfect place to stay! It was close to the hospital I was working at and also really close to all the entertainment that Boston holds. The place is a great size, clean, nice and quiet. The homeowner was so sweet and welcoming. She even went out her way to help me out on a couple of occasions like when it snowed late March and I had no gloves or anything to clean the snow off my car. She gave a pair of her own gloves and stuff to clean my car. Im sad to go but if I ever come back I know where Ill be staying!

Safe and Accomodating In-Law

A well-equipped space perfect for a solo traveler. Landlord was considerate and made a point to check-in and ask if anything was needed whenever I saw her during my stay. She made sure the unit was a comfortable temperature and provided extra blankets for the colder days. While working late nights, I felt secure parking my car in the private lot and walking to the suite.

G is such a caring, kind, and attentive landlord. She's just a phone call or text away and really makes sure you have everything you need to have a comfortable stay. It's safe neighborhood in a great location. It's a wonderful space and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Goldies In Law Apt

G's place was perfect for a travel assignment at Southern NH Medical Center. Commute to work was quick and easy. The space itself was great with a full size fridge and stove/oven to do any cooking you need. The neighborhood is quiet with a clubhouse with a nice gym to visit if wanted. Id rent G's place again if I were to come back to the area.

G is a friendly and amazing host. Great place and excellent location. Definitely would stay again.

Excellent place to stay

This property is pretty awesome. The unit is in it's own space with a full kitchen (stove, fridge, sink, plenty of cupboard space) a private bathroom and shower. The is a large bed with space for other things like rolling out a yoga mat for exercise. This property is close to St. Joseph and Southern New Hampshire in Nashua and is in a private condo area with a nice park across the street. I would definitely stay here again. Parking is easily done by just parking in the visitors parking space instead of in front of garage door so that Goldie can get in and out anytime of day. Goldie is also easily reachable and checks up on you periodically to make sure things are ok. There isn't a washer or dryer in the unit but she will allow laundry to be done in her apartment upstairs as long as she is home. Otherwise I just went to a laundry mat in town. Great place for an assignment!!
