OUTSTANDING Condo w/ Great reviews near BJC in Central West End.

Wonderful Condo!

This condo was perfect! It was extremely clean and easy to take care of with modern appliances, central air, and a washer/dryer set with a very comfortable bed. The building is locked, and neighbors are quiet. There is secured parking behind the building with an assigned space. The condo is within a mile of several hospitals/medical facilities and Wash U & only a few blocks from Forest Park and its activities. There is a Starbucks and La Crema a few blocks away along with Mack's Grill, a wonderful neighborhood restaurant. The only downside to the location is that the closest grocery store is a mile away. There are even more restaurants and shops a mile or so from the condo in the CWE. The landlord was wonderful the whole time! He promptly responded (often within a few minutes) to any questions I had and looked in on the condo for me when I was away for extended periods. He takes great pride in the property and providing great customer service, and it showed. Would stay here again!

Comfortable, Safe, and Convenience in the Central West End minutes from BJC

I stayed at this lovely property for my recent travel nursing assignment at BJC. The area was surprisingly quiet, which was essential for working nights. Accommodations were extremely comfortable and suitable for all my needs. I felt safe with the gated parking, secured access, and assigned parking. The property was convenient, close to BJC, with various entertainment, restaurants, and shopping, yet secluded. It was such a plus being so close to Forest Park (within walking distance); being able to experience the park and its excellent museums greatly enhanced my stay. J, was very lovely, kind, respectful, and highly responsive to all my needs. The whole process and my stay, even with me extending my assignment for a few weeks, was stress-free, which meant everything. If you're looking for a home away from home with safety, convenience, and attentiveness to your needs, look no further!

Long-term stay

J was a great host for my 6-month stay. He was prompt in reply and quick to fix any minor issue I may have had. The condo itself felt like home. It is clean and feels very modern. I felt comfortable and safe at all times. There's a private parking spot in a lot, which is great if you're like me and struggle to parallel park on the street. All the buildings' exterior doors lock, which helps to feel secure. The neighbors are quiet and friendly in passing. It is in a convenient location with tons to do and see in the area. Like all places, the mattress will be a hit for some and a miss for others. This one was mostly comfortable for me. This is a 2nd floor unit, so expect stairs. There's honestly nothing really negative for me to review on this place. Simply put, it has been a great stay!
