Come stay the winter in a loved cozy historical very clean property. Large 3 lot property. In the original downtown townsite of Glenwood Springs. Small Carriage House in far back lot rented to a couple who will be working long hours in Aspen this winter. Wonderful people who know the property well.

Cozy comforters and pillows. Humidifier in all house furnace/AC. All new appliances in kitchen. Full kitchen with everything any cook would need. Nice table linens. Everything in the home is in excellent working condition.
