I really loved this place! I liked how it was very peaceful to be on top of the hill literally and have a wonderful view from the beginning of the day to the end of the day. I loved sunbathing on the front porch on my off days and it really felt like a retreat. I miss Suzi and her beautiful mountain dog, Duke.

French Country Boutique

Exactly as advertised. This is a private apartment on the bottom floor of the landlord's house. The pictures are accuate, and the patio and views are not to be missed. My husband and I stayed here for a work contract. Suzi, the landlady, is very responsive and is present for you as much or as little as you want. Plus, she has a very cool Bernese Mountain Dog that will also be present in your life as much or as little as you want! We will definitely book here again if our work brings us back here.

Incredible San Diego sunset view!!

This property was perfect for us and our dog, it has a high perch with a western view so you get beautiful sunsets with a view of the city and the Coronado Bridge!! The host/landlord S is great, very friendly and helpful but not in your private space, and she has an adorable big dog. Laid back Spring Valley neighborhood, and close to La Mesa which has everything we needed. Cute older house with hardwood floors and lots of room! Spacious neighborhood with big lots and not far from central San Diego, fifteen easy minutes on one Freeway to Balboa Park and surrounding North Park and South Park neighborhoods. Our daughter who goes to SDSU was able to stay over with us some and loved having her own bedroom and bathroom. I would definitely rent this space from S again!!

Spring Valley Retreat

First off the view here is absolutely stunning! Sunrise and sunset was the best part of the day. The area was very quiet on the mountaintop. S was great she was prompt with any issues and also letting us know of anything was happening on the property. The house was rustic and has that country feel to it. Really was a nice escape from city life. The place was spacious and feels like a home. The yard was great for our dog she was able to sunbathe and just enjoy herself.
