DO NOT STAY HERE!!! SHE WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! In the beginning, Jill seemed to be very accommodating for what I needed. She had another listing that was not posted on this website (it’s a townhome with an attic) that she offered to me due to my needs. Unfortunately, this listing, and the listing that she accommodated me for are both in terrible neighborhoods. There was frequent shooting so close to where I can see it right outside of the window, one window has a bullet hole, random homeless people walking in front of the home, resulted in me having to terminate my lease early. Jill refuses to reimburse me my deposit because of her lack of providing a safe environment for her tenants. She feels that she is in the right to steal my money because according to her, my experience was a lie, even though I loved the space itself and it was left with no damages. I am not risking my life or my money just to pacify her feelings. DO NOT STAY HERE or anywhere that she has a listing!!!
