My spouse, pets and I stayed there for almost a year, it was a great stay. Huge perks were parking and having are own laundry. The landlords are great guys and very easy to work with.

Excellent Upgraded Space in Convenient Location

I had a wonderful stay at this spot for about 4 months, and I would absolutely return and recommend to anyone. I have worked in the area for nearly a year, and this was my favorite rental durum that time. I rented the locked/covered garage for extra safety, but I had no incidents or concerns. The only-site dedicated washer and dryer is very convenient, and the outdoor deck area adds so much square footage to an already spacious living space. The apartment is completely updated, and I loved using the tiled bathroom/shower every day. The kitchen comes fully equipped for everyday cooking. While I appreciated the ample natural sunlight, there are window treatments throughout for those who work night shift and need to sleep during the day. There are only two other units on the property, which was perfect for an introverted homebody like me. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and while I didnt run into any maintenance issues, I and M are quick to respond to text messages.

Perfect spot for loner stay!

I loved staying in this unit it was very clean and updated and has bonus laundry and garage parking available. I was able to bring my dog and she loved having the extra room and the outdoor deck area. The kitchen has everything you'll need for a long stay and there are lots of shops within walking distance; whole foods ~10 mins, Target ~15 minutes. Overall safe and quiet neighborhood and close to all the major hospitals if your travel nurse as well as easy to get to downtown if you want to explore a bit. Both landlords were very communicative and helpful, would definitely stay again!

Great find in Adams Point!

This apartment is an amazing find for this area! The location is perfect, a 2 min drive to the main freeway and walking distance to Whole Foods, several cafes and Lake Merrit. Its is spacious with updated kitchen and bathroom and great natural light for your plant babies.

Huge, beautiful, centrally located

This beautiful apartment has been my favorite stay thus far while travel nursing. I and J are wonderful landlords, and the move in process was easier than ever. The apartment was recently renovated, and you will find nothing like it for the price in this area. I work in SF and my commute is super easy, having only a 20 minute walk to the 19th street bart station, and freeway access just down the street. it is on a busy street, but they put in excellent windows and it has never once bothered me. A true gem in the heart of Oakland, walking distance to all the best shopping, dining, walking, etc. In 15 minutes you can be hiking in some of the most beautiful redwood forests northern CA has to offer. Don't miss out on this magical oasis!
