Loved it!

Im a travel nurse who rented this unit for about five months and absolutely loved it! Beautiful apartment with very responsive and helpful hosts! The area was very safe and I was able to walk my dog around the neighborhood, but also was close to lots of parks, restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay here again

Amazing property!

Im a travel nurse and my boyfriend works from home so when we were looking for places to stay we wanted somewhere that was comfy but also an environment that allowed us both to do our jobs efficiently and we definitely found it in this space! The office was perfect for my boyfriends multiple monitors and the location was great for me getting to and from the hospital and located in a safe area in a beautiful neighborhood. When we werent working, we could drive an easy 10 minutes to downtown areas with shopping, food, and museums. The biggest highlight of our stay though were the hosts. Ive travelled for 3 years as a nurse and have had some great and not so great hosts and its safe to say Randy and Lindsey rank at the very top of the great hosts list. Communication was super easy and with quick responses so if we had a question or if anything popped up we got quick resolutions! It just overall felt like the hosts genuinely cared to make our stay as smooth and easy as possible! Its hard being away from home for extended points of time but this stay really did become a home away from home situation. If we are back in the Richmond area we will definitely be booking again!

Adorable apartment on the north side

This apartment is close to downtown and popular north side spots. It was a relief to find a furnished apartment with a flexible lease while we looked for our new home. Randy and Lindsay were fantastic hosts and also helped us find our new home! The kitchen was particularly nice, we loved the gas stove. The yard is a good size for pets to run around. Even our large pup had plenty of space to get his zoomies in!

Amazing Stay

This place was the perfect home away from home during my stay in Richmond. L& R were responsive when any issues or questions came up. The property itself was in great condition, updated, and spacious. The fenced in yard was definitely a perk I didnt know I needed. 10min drive to just about everything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

Simple Apartment with Private Back Yard

L and R were great hosts! We only needed to make two calls for service in the 7.5 months that we lived here but they were incredibly responsive, and both issues were resolved within 24 hours. The back yard was cut regularly, and we enjoyed having the privately fenced in space for us and our dog. It is on the edge of a beautiful section of Richmond, and we found ourselves within 10-15 minutes of anything we needed! The flexibility of this lease is exactly what we were looking for after we sold our house and were in the process of getting into another home.

Excellent Stay - Clean and Comfortable

Everything was perfectly clean, well styled, and convenient. They had everything we needed for a great stay, including umbrellas and travel mugs to borrow! The dedicated parking was a huge plus, especially compared to other places in Richmond. We would happily stay again, and look forward to a future visit.

Fantastic Stay in a beautiful place

Location is Everything! My dad came to visit Richmond and booked this amazing place for about a monty. We were amazed by how accommodating L and R'S were throughout his stay. The whole experience was fantastic. We were so impressed with the cleanliness and location. It was immaculately clean which he really appreciated. The amenities or touches of home were fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked (two kinds of coffee) and the bathroom had body wash and shampoo. It was obvious that a very thoughtful person had arranged things there. The bed was super comfortable and the TV was rather intuitive and easy to use, which mattered because a number of sporting events were on. He loved the central location and found most of the places we needed to go were nearby. Overall, this was a very positive and rewarding experience. Thanks for all the attention to detail. I strongly recommend!

Home away from home

Loveddddd this place. Im a travel nurse and it was so nice to come home to a place that felt like home. Was clean and had everything I could possibly need and more:)!
