Great property, great neighborhood

I highly recommend staying here. It’s close to everything you could need, and it’s quiet and quaint. The owner is very reasonable and responsive as well.

Great temporary home

All parts of the rental process went smoothly, and the landlord, Jake, was very responsive and obviously cares about his tenants' experience and his property. Well-kept residence in a convenient location for me to handle the initial onboarding steps for a job at UNM while getting to know the area and looking for a more permanent, unfurnished rental without a car. I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay, and Jake ensured the residence was well-treated for pests common in the area. I appreciated sitting out in the courtyard to journal and the occasional chat with the resident in the other unit. I would stay again!

Convenient location!

The casita was so cute and really had everything we needed to be comfortable. I always felt safe and there was a cute coffee spot just a minute walk away. I was working at Presbyterian Hospital and I loved that it only took me less than five minutes to get to work. Jake the landlord was very nice and respectful. I would definitely stay here again.

GREAT location, close to everything!

This is a private little casita right in the middle of Nob Hill, close to downtown and right where all the good restaurants and shopping are! The owner provides off street parking to protect your vehicle and really CARES about his property. He always answers all texts and inquiries right away, even responding from Europe when out of town. The back yard is shared by 2 other residents who live in their own separate units and are lovely and accommodating, all pet friendly. The owner provides a lovely place to do your laundry, just steps outside your private door. The casita is small but is furnished well with everything you might need. I actually had a hard time leaving when my time here was up as this is a little gem, tucked away and walkable to so many things!
