Plan ahead for winter - DATES OF AVAILABILITY, 11/7/25-3/6/26, (March is negotiable). Cozy remodeled ranch home with private fenced yard and garage for parking one car. The upstairs living area for the tenant has one queen bed, full bath, dining area, desk, and big screen TV. The laundry is in the basement with a new W/D. There is a twin bed and bath in the basement for an occasional guest. The owner must approve ALL guests....
Space
This is our personal residence, not a vacation rental. I am a Nurse and have worked as a traveler. We enjoy renting our home to traveling Nurses. The space is for one traveler and a significant other. Tenant will have the upstairs part of our home and part of the downstairs. Twin bed downstairs for occasional guest. Any guests staying longer than two nights must pay $15/night. Pets considered on a case by case basis, 25# max...
