Happy Camper

Pleasant Stay, most grocery stores and food restaurants nearby. Quiet neighborhood and Park nearby. ADU Unit I stayed in is Slightly different from the one pictured, but overall happy with stay. Brought my own utensils and pots but cooking supplies are available/provided. Martha Is good at responding in a timely manner for all inquiries. Commute to Mercy Hospital was abit expensive via uber, approximately 25 minutes, but once I shipped my car, commute was easy.

Comfortable, clean, exactly as listed

This furnished rental was exactly as described. The place was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and professional, and the location was convenient. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Best Studio in Bakersfield, CA

This studio is located in a very nice part of South Bakersfield. The area is quiet and very safe. The studio itself is clean and meets all basic needs. M is responsive and professional. I highly recommend staying at this location if you need a place to stay in Bakersfield, CA!

Best studio in Bakersfield!

I recently stayed at M's studio apartment in Bakersfield, and it was the best studio I ever rented! M, the landlord, and her husband were fantastic and maintained the property very well.The studio apartment itself was excellent. The space was well-designed, cozy, and very clean. The furniture and decor added a touch of elegance. The AC is powerful. M is very friendly, responsive, and attentive. She is also very professional. She gives clear instructions and she is always quick to respond when resolving any issues. Martha genuinely cared about me, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Overall, my stay at M's studio apartment in Bakersfield was the best. She is a terrific landlord, and I highly recommend her place to anyone moving to Bakersfield. It's the best studio I've ever seen in Bakersfield so far. Rating: (5 out of 5 stars)
