Awesome
Al was great a great landlord. Made me feel comfortable in the house and even offered to buy some new cast iron pans for the house. Super comfy, peaceful space.

One of my favorite furnished finders thus far! Al was very responsive and made sure everything was perfect! Great area, near everything and in a quiet neighborhood. It had everything I needed + more. :)

9 months of pure bliss!
I LOVED every minute of my stay in Al's Adu. This has been my favorite place so far. It's nice to come home and actually FEEL at home. The neighborhood is cute and quiet. I've always felt safe. It's close to 3 freeway entries, which makes travel smooth. Only about 15 mins from downtown San Diego. It's honestly the perfect location because it's out of the way, but not far from anything fun! Al was the ABSOLUTE BEST Landlord. Very responsive and just an all around genuine human being, which is hard to come by. He always left me fresh oranges from the tree in the backyard which I thought was the sweetest gesture ever! If I'm ever back in San Diego, I'd move back here in a HEARTBEAT. Thanks for everything Al!

The house was quiet & the check in process was simple and quick. Al made everything comfortable and checked in from time to time. The room is spacious and clean. Overall was a good stay!

Review of beautiful ADU in Brookside
Me and my 3-year old son lived in this apartment for almost a year. We loved it and liked the peaceful neighborhood too! The unit was good size for us, and it being new and well-built, everything worked well. There was sufficient space in the downstairs kitchen and alcove for dining and playing and the upstairs loft-like space was purely gorgeous, perfect for toddler games and yoga, in addition to providing bedroom space. We spent a lot of time in the yard and the lovely brand new deck and also appreciated the peaceful and respectful neighbors who lived in the main house. The landlord was always available to answer questions and take care of whatever needed attention.
