Perfect stay!

If you're looking for a great place to stay while working in Denver... this is it! Tommy's place was perfect for my time in Denver. Very response with anything you might need, unit was very clean and comfortable, he has it stalked with anything you'd need and this a great location to get to most places.

Loved my stay at this property! Everything was exactly as described - super cozy and well decorated. I stayed for 7 months and would have loved to stay longer if I could have found another contract. The landlords are amazing and very considerate! I would 100% stay here again if Im ever back in Denver :)

5 STARS ALL AROUND!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this cute & cozy 1bed/1bath apartment and it was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. The property was exactly as described, immaculate clean and thoroughly furnished with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect and not to mention the food trucks that are available in the community. The hosts (A & T) were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would've stayed longer but someone beat me to it! If the opportunity presents itself I will definitely come back to rent this cute apartment again!

Comfy apartment outside of Denver

This apartment was so wonderful and cozy. I lived here for 4 months in the winter and I couldnt say enough good things about it! Its 10 minutes outside of LoHi, 15 minutes from downtown Denver, right off I70 and has such easy access to the mountains! I was a travel nurse in Aurora and it was a quick 18 min to UCHealth. Easy parking right out front the apartments door, in unit W/D, massive comfortable couch, and a dreamy bed are just some of the things I will miss about this place! The landlords are super nice and chill as well :)

Home away from Home

I couldn't recommend a better place to stay. The location is central to everything about 15 mins away from downtown. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with a great walking path behind it. T & A are perfect landlord quick to reply and handle any request. The space is perfect and cozy. I would stay again given the opportunity.

Amazing!

T*** and A*** were the best landlords. I stayed with them for 3 months and loved every moment. They were so great at communicating and so accommodating. If Im ever back in the area I will be reaching out right away!

This Place is a KEEPER!

I immediately had a good feeling about this place after one telephone conversation! I was very wise to trust my instincts! T and A are a great couple who truly care about the well being of their tenants. My first thought when i walked into the apartment was Wow! This must have come from HGTV! The furniture, including the bed is very comfortable, and all of the appliances are modern and in perfect condition. The neighborhood is fairly new, and very safe and friendly I highly recommend this awesome apartment!
