Andrew is the BEST

I was fortunate to stay here in the summer of 2024. The unit is Andrew's personal home and it is filled with lots of love. He is warm and friendly and responded immediately to any needs I had (which were only 1). Even though this is his home, Andrew was still gracious enough to leave me some of the rooftop garden beds where I was able to grow a nice vegetable and herb garden. Additionally the unit has central heat and air, in unit laundry and off street parking - a true rarity in Boston and a godsend that summer. It is walking distance to the best little Irish bakery and a great walking trail. The only reason I give it 4 (wish I could give it 4.5 stars!!) instead of 5 stars is the furniture was not the most comfortable - cute and stylish, but my middle aged back got a bit cranky.

Charming

I loved this apartment, charming & stylish. The rooftop deck is amazing. Walking distance to a local fav tavern, amazing Italian place that was my absolute fav & a cute little breakfast joint, The Sweet Life. The bed is super comfy!! Walking distance to the trolley that takes you to the red line. A was a great host, he was very accommodating to requests, much appreciated!!
