10/10 Would Definitely Stay Again

I had such a great stay here and would happily come back. Working remotely, I stay in short-term rentals fairly often and Mike was by far one of the easiest people I've worked with. He was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience feel effortless. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and great for walking the dog, while still being really convenient to the highways, grocery stores, and anything else you'd need. The rental was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Since it's close to the airport, you'll occasionally hear planes overhead, but it was a very minor tradeoff for the convenience and didn't take away from my stay. Overall, it was a really comfortable place to call home for a short stay, and I definitely recommend it

Home away from Home

This Home is by far the best that I've stayed in as a Travel Nurse. The Pictures is nothing compared to the experience in person. Comfortable and inviting!! MIKE IS A SUPER HOST!! He responds quickly. Whatever you need he's there. The neighborhood and amenities were perfect for my family and I. We love the area and home so much we decided to stay and upgraded to a bigger space. My Family and I thank you so much Mike!!!

Mike is a pleasure to work with! He's very responsive, flexible, and caring. The house was super clean, well decorated, organized and very conveniently located to where we needed to be for work. Thank you so much, Mike, for making our staying easy, comfortable and enjoyable!

Best Rental House in Charlotte

Would definitely recommend this property! The location was great, lots to do in the area and it was a very safe/quiet neighborhood. M was very helpful and easy to work with as well, if we needed anything he would respond in a timely manner. The house itself was also great for our needs, it had everything we needed for our stay and lots of room for storage. Our dog enjoyed the backyard and getting to walk around the neighborhood with us, she had so much room to play.

Great furnished townhouse in CLT

TheBordeaux704 was perfect for our 2 month stay when we relocated to CLT. House was family and pet friendly and located in a nice little gated townhouse community close to many restaurants, interstates and grocery stores. It had everything we needed and enjoyed all the room. We loved the backyard space, community pool, cooking on the grill and the TVs throughout the house. Would highly reccomend the landlord, super easy to work with.

Amazing landlords great location

What a great place to stay! They furnishings are perfect with the Paris theme and great location to many amenities. Mike and Jo were absolutely amazing landlords. Always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our 6 months stay. Highly recommended any of their rentals.

YOU WON'T WANT TO LEAVE

This property and its hosts are exceptional. I showed up with just a suitcase and immediately felt right at home. Beautifully decorated, spacious, with an amazing outdoor space that is perfect for both people and fur-babies alike! The location is fantastic with plenty of nearby stores as well as easy access to I-485/interstates. M and J are incredibly accommodating, responsive, and friendly. Their attention to detail is unmatched and they routinely went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. I cannot say enough good things about this property. HIGHLY recommend!
