Amazing and kind hosts! Wonderful property walking distance to downtown Fruita.

L and C are amazing hosts, they really mad my family and I feel right at home. The property has access to a great outdoor space with fruit trees and a garden. There is an wonderful view of the National Monument, great to watch the summer storms roll by. The property is private and quiet, plenty of parking. Inside, all the accommodations of home are there, great shower (tankless water heater) and excellent wifi. Beds are comfortable and everything is very clean and neat. Walking distance to downtown Fruita, always great festivals and events, farmers market, ease of access to trails and all the wonderful outdoor activities of Western Colorado. The hosts are very handy and attentive to any emergencies or needs. They also roast their own coffee and the smells in the morning are amazing! Best part is, they have a perfect pal, her name is L, and she was always there to greet you as you come and go. We could not have asked for a better experience, we are incredibly grateful.
