Incredible 1-Year Stay! Couldnt Have Asked for Better

Maya made me feel very unsafe

I am a renter with disabilities. Maya retaliated against me for weeks over a disability related accommodation. She refused to fix broken appliances, refused to provide the services that were promised, and was continually as combative as possible in every interaction from that point. She wasn't just rude, she was downright hateful. She eventually escalated to in-person harassment at the property itself. She suddenly demanded entrance for an inspection with only 12 hours notice. I pointed out that this is subject to the consent of the tenant according to the lease, and suggested an alternative time. In response, Maya immediately threatened to forcibly enter my apartment with the police. I no longer felt safe staying there after those threats. I had to stay up all night so I could gather my things and move out in the early morning hours, This person is unstable and unsafe. Do not rent from them.

Safe and comfortable

I felt very comfortable at this property, neighbors were welcoming and the neighborhood is quiet. The property is renovated and clean. I felt like I was at home away from home. Also my dogs loved the backyard and walking paths through the neighborhood. The landlord maya is responsive and kind.
