Charming New Contruction - 3BD/2.5 BR in Lents...

My fiance and I stayed in this home for roughly 6-7 months and cannot say enough good things about our stay. It is beautifully furnished and had all the essentials. Not to mention the beds are super comfy. Y and her family were always there making sure everything was perfect and responded to any concerns quickly. Lents park is a short walk away to let our doggo run around. We felt safe and had no issues in that realm. I would love to stay here in the future if given the chance. Y was the best owner and our stay was absolutely perfect. Short drive to the hospital and the highway. Restaurants and shopping close by as well. I would highly recommend this house if you're looking for a beautiful, safe, fun place to stay in Portland.

I am a travel radiographer and was renting this unit for approximately 7 months. The area felt safe, private, and was close to everything you would need. The amenities are essentially all new and clean. Would definitely stay here again If I had the chance

My GF and I have been travel nurses for while, and we can't say enough how great this stay was. The house itself was clean, new, and it had all the necessities we needed. The beds were very comfortable as well. The host, Y and her family were excellent at communicating, and were always prompt in addressing any concerns/needs we had. A plus, is that it is also conveniently located near the freeway. It is also a walk away from a nice park where you can take a nice stroll by yourself or with your dogs. We felt safe at this home as there was a security system included with the rental. We have made so many good memories during our 8-month stay - big thank you again to Y and her family for making us feel like this was our "home away from home." Would highly recommend staying here!

I had an incredible stay at this property! The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently close to local attractions. Yesenia was exceptionally welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. The accommodation itself was immaculate, with every detail thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The decor was stylish, and the amenities were top-notch, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, and a cozy living area. What stood out the most was the host's hospitality. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was always available to answer any questions. It's rare to find such a warm and attentive host. Overall, my experience was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the area.

This is a great house. We stayed here for 6 months during my last assignment. Y was wonderful. She was always available to text and had excellent advice on where to go and what to do during our stay. We had an issue with the fridge when we moved in and she had it fixed asap. The house is practically brand new. Keypad entry and alarm system made us feel very safe. All new appliances (even the fridge); super clean. Everything you need is right there. We only used the master bathroom and the shower was great. Bed was super comfy. I worked nights and had no issues sleeping during the day. No loud traffic or noisy neighbors. House is right next to a park with a jogging trail, which was a plus for me. The mall is just down the street and its close to all kinds of restaurants. Its very close to Portland Providence, if you happen to get assigned there. I dont have enough room to write all the good stuff about this place. We had a great stay here.

I stayed in this propery for a month and it was the best. There were no Issues and loved my stay there. Everything iis brand new and near restaurant, grocery shops and transporation. You will love living there!
