This place was great for my travel assignment. I stayed here by myself and felt incredibly safe. Private backyard access through a locked fence. Anastasia was a very friendly and responsive landlord. I loved getting to open the garage door and hanging out in the backyard on pretty days. 5 minute drive to PeaceHealth hospital which was super convenient. Cool find!

Cozy, Welcoming, and Perfectly Equipped

I had the pleasure of staying in this cozy, unique space while my home was being built, and it was absolutely perfect. The home is thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage and has everything you need to set up a comfortable work-from-home office. The space is wonderfully laid out for entertaining, and the fenced backyard was a huge bonus spacious and secure. I was also so grateful that my parrot, Macy, was warmly welcomed! The host was fantastic incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely kind. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home away from home.

Great space, great host!

Excellent little spot, great for one person and their pet. Located near the interstate for easy access to anywhere you'd want to visit. PDX is about 10 minutes away. Located working 5 minutes of a variety of convenient food options, as well as two major grocery stores. About 10 minutes away from Vancouver waterfront area, and walking distance to Peacehealth Southwest. The host is fantastic and is a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this property for anyone needing a short to intermediate place to stay and live in the Vancouver area. Amenities do include a TV, a brava oven, and a brand new state of the art washer dryer combo. Great place for a long visit to Vancouver, especially for traveling nurses and other business professionals. Area has a couple of community parks nearby great for dog walking, and as mentioned is a short distance from the waterfront if a longer walk is desired. Highly recommend.
