1BD Condo in Beautiful Cameo Woods Near Culver City (Newly Remodeled)

Great place, great location, great host!

I stayed at James place for 3 months in early 2026. I enjoyed everything about it. Location was convenient and the community surrounding were all great. Place had all the amenities and James was extremely responsive as a host.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

I had an amazing stay at James condo in Culver City and couldnt be happier with the experience. The location was perfectly tucked in a quiet, walkable neighborhood but still just minutes from great restaurants, Target, and everything happening on the Westside. The home itself was spotless, stylishly modern and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the small touches, like the heated toilet seat , along with an easy self-check-inmade a huge difference. James was incredibly responsive and welcoming, checking in just enough to make sure everything was going smoothly without ever feeling intrusive. Overall, this was one of the best stays Ive had. Id absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is visiting California for work or pleasure.

Great Stay

I had a great experience at James' property. The community is gated with security 24/7. The location is hard to beat. A large Target is across the street. The airport is 15mins away. Costco 15-20mins. Cedars Sinai isn't far however it takes about 30mins going into work with LA traffic. The apartment has everything and is more than enough for one person. I had my dog with me during my stay. PLENTY of space outside the condo and within the gated community for him to walk around AND a small gated kennel area where you can let your dog off leash. Community pools and hot tubs (I never used these though) both heated all season. The neighbors were nice. Plenty of parking. The water heater went out during my stay (normal wear and tear) and James had it replaced through maintenance within 36hrs. I had no other issues during my stay. Baldwin Hills overlook also right down the street. I would 100% stay again!
