Outstanding condo
We rented the condo for a month in December and so pleased we found this place! It's in a great location so we went to Surfside Beach almost everyday. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Very clean and friendly people in the complex. We loved it and would highly recommend- we can't wait to go back again. We loved it

Great place, even better Owners
The condo was very nice and we had very few issues during our four month stay. However, what makes this place special is the owner Mike. We had an issue with the A/C unit which Mike responded to immediately and even replaced the whole unit within a few days. He was always flexible on paying rent and was always there when we needed something but never in our hair during our stay. Couldn't have asked for a better landlord. Highly recommend for anyone staying in the Myrtle Beach area.

Beautiful 3/2 condo
This beautiful 3/2 condo has everything to offer! Once you walk in, you are greeted with so much space, everything you could need to make that perfect vacation is here. The location is very convenient to stores, restaurants, and of course the beach. I would highly recommend this condo and can not wait to visit again. Thank you Mike & Sue for everything!

beautiful condo
My family stayed at this beautiful condo for the month of March while we waited to close on our house. It was the perfect location to the beach, work, school, & to our new house. M & S could not have been any more accommodating to our needs while we were there. They were always a text or a phone call away. The condo has everything you would need for a long stay away from home. The neighbors are extremely nice and we felt like belonged there. We loved looking out the windows and seeing the geese and swans swimming in the ponds, plus feeding the turtles. It is also convenient to all the stores like Walmart or food lion across the street and too many restaurants to name. Two miles to the beach and murrells inlet is right down the street. We are so happy we had the opportunity to rent this place and the chance to meet Mike and sue
