Not good
The house is overpriced for the defects it has. The AC does not work which is a pretty big deal considering how hot it gets in Montgomery. The landlord said that he didn't know but why would he have backup smaller units (that were no good anyways) if he didn't know. The dryer did not work for the first month we stayed there so we had to go to the laundromat near it. Also the parking situation is not good because the house is on a hill and the 2 cars that it fits have to be parked one on top of the other on said hill. This house is definitely not worth the price and the landlord does not care about his guests, we brought up the AC multiple times and he never cared to fix it in the months that we stayed there.
