Roomy, Well-Located

Roomy house, very open living room / kitchen. All the appliances are of high quality and work well. Easy parking for 2-3 vehicles, more's around if you walk just a bit. Internet is very, very fast. Host is friendly & efficient, very open to feedback, took concerns seriously. Grocery store very near, as well as neighborhood restaurants. I-10 is very close (for good and bad). AC/heat works very well. Decoration is tasteful! Ceiling fans in the bedrooms are very helpful. For cons, the listing now reflects the accurate bed sizes, all double/full, so couples might find those snug. Mattresses are nice but the toppers make them sleep warm. Bedrooms have closets but lack dressers, so your non-hanging clothes stay in bins/suitcases. The neighborhood is a bit noisy (highway, neighbors, bus stop) so sensitive folks be advised. A couple quality niggles (wobbly dishwasher, front door locks) are only annoyances and might've been addressed by now. (All these were shared with host.) A great place!
