Exceptional stay at the shore!

Mia and Tony are exceptional hosts: not only are they great communicators, but are genuinely kind, thoughtful. Mia was so accommodating with last-minute rescheduling when my car broke down. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine on our first night, and she checked in to make sure we were good! Mia responded immediately when a tree knocked out the electricity by quickly arranging for an electrician and tree removal. In the meantime, she made sure we had very nice accommodations. This act of kindness meant the world to us as we were in the middle of a cross-country move. Her quick responsiveness and genuine care was impressive! The house itself was perfectspotless & well-equipped. Comfortable beds, spacious and functional kitchen, and comfy 2nd bedroom. The location was BOMB! Easy walk to the beach , a short stroll to the Twin Lighthouses, and several restaurants are also easily accessible on foot! We wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful home, & hope to return in the future!

Wonderful stay in a prime location

I had the pleasure of staying at this property for several months and it was a great experience. The location is unbeatablesituated in a quiet neighborhood yet just minutes from beaches, the NYC ferry, and a variety of waterfront restaurants. The home is well-appointed with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The owners were fantastic hostsalways communicative, friendly, and more than accommodating.
