What a gem of a place. We stayed here for 20 months and loved the space and our landlords N and K. They were so accommodating and helpful and really helped make the space feel like a home. The space felt huge with the open floor plan and having a separate garage really helped make the space feel private. The internet was super fast, it was in close proximity to the highway and the hospital I was working at. Overall was probably my favorite stay during my 4+ years of traveling. My son was also born while we were staying here so it was great to watch him grow in a safe environment. Thank you N and K for all your hospitality and looking forward to catch up one of these days!

Awesome Stay!!!

We loved living here! Dont know where to start. Stayed for 6-7 months while on assignment. It was close enough to walk or scooter to restaurants, but out of the way enough to feel calm and private. Light rail is only few blocks away, small convenience store on the next block for quick essentials, and Coop Grocery store a few blocks away as well. All walkable. Sutter medical center was about a 15-20 minute walk along a safe street. Wednesdays there are food truck nights in the park along the way. D would probably be an easy 10 minute drive and there is easy access on and off the freeway. Garage fits one car, but it was really easy to park our other car on one of the adjacent streets, plenty of un-restricted parking on 25th. Bonus for being able to charge our electric vehicle. Inside was beautiful and spacious, the vaulted ceilings definitely make the inside feel nice and open. All appliances and finishes are new! Owners were friendly and helpful with anything we needed as well.
