Cozy Mid Century Modern with Private Patio

Amazing host and stay!

Sally is incredibly welcoming and considerate! The house is very cozy, and the room I stayed in had a super comfy bed and blackout curtains.

The best place to stay in Austin!!

I loved staying here1 The house looks like the pictures. It is very clean and organized. Darkened curtains, comfortable linens and plenty of hot water. The bed was so comfy. Plenty of storage for my stuff. The neighbors were very friendly. The area is safe with a swimming pool, park and walking trails down the street. Sally is the most positive person I have met. She is kind, thoughtful, and always made sure I was okay. She is genuine and that is hard to find. I always felt so comfortable and welcomed in her home. I would stay here again!!

Sally is such a kind and welcoming host. The house is beautiful, in a great location, and in a safe neighborhood. I especially enjoyed the quick access to Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park. Wonderful amenities and a very comfortable stay highly recommended!

Friendly host & beautiful home in an excellent location. Wonderful amenities. I really enjoyed the quick access to nearby Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park. Overall great value. Just keep in mind that you are sharing the house with another person (the host) as the listing makes clear. Also, I did have some difficulty with the neighborhood USPS letter carrier, so I would recommend having packages and mail delivered to a PO box or third-party location (like Whole Foods, Amazon Store, UPS, etc) during your stay.
