Excellent Stay Cool, Clean, and Convenient

The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The neighborhood felt very safe, which I appreciated. The A/C worked perfectly the temperature inside the house stayed nice and cool during the summer heat, which added to the overall comfort. There is a shooting range nearbywhile you can hear some noise when youre outside, its barely noticeable inside the house, so it didnt affect my stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Id happily stay again in the future if its available!

Great for Travel Nurses

Never Stay Here - Negative 5 stars!!

I would never stay here or rent from this lady again. She charges $1600 every 28 days (cheap), she controls the thermostat, which she told me she kept at 72. Untrue! The first month was consistently 76-78 at 8-11pm. I bought a thermometer to document this. As it began to freeze at night, I have photos showing it was 58-60 in the morning. I messaged her one day and it was 64 at 1pm, which she said she would adjust; one hour later still the same. Multiple items with photos of Tupperware, lids and more with slime/grease on them, skillet under the stove with mouse droppings was documented. The internet was so unreliable that I had to use my phone as a mobile hot spot. I have almost daily photos of temperature, internet, and more of poor oversight from someone who only cares about money. She kept my deposit because I moved out 8 days early. Contract doesn't stipulate that I must stay or deposit is not refundable especially when she did not provide what she claimed. I could say more!

I am not certain why Mr. L suffered so with temperature problems. The apartment temperature is completely up to him to manage. Beside the 5 ton central AC/Heat unit that the entire building uses, this apartment has a second wall AC which alone is large enough to cool 2000 square feet; and then, there are the two individual heating units (directly accessible/in the home) that he could have utilized to maintain a heat temperature up to 80 degrees. I do not control the AC and Heat that is available to my guests in this private apartment. My current resident has been in the home since late December. The temps were still warm during the day when she arrived. No AC problems. Then we just experienced the 'Deep Freeze" of 2024. 10 Days of at or below freezing days and in the teens nights. The heat temperature ranged from 72 to 75. My current National Staff Traveling Nurse extended her stay to April 4, 2024. I hope she leaves a review so you can see I am telling to truth.
