Rushed and Minimal

The place itself isn't very large. You have neighbors in the same house and share the drive way. The host didn't notify both parties that they would be there, and it led to some surprised moments when leaving and entering and even cops being called for my car being parked there. The host contacts you under a completely different name and phone number. The communication is very rushed as if you're contacting them for the first time ever when discussing signing a lease and making a deposit. DON'T expect to get your deposit back here. The host ignores you after the "expected 30 days" to return the deposit and never contacts you again. Overall, if you're desperate for a place and are willing to spend the money go for it. If you want a pleasant experience, look elsewhere.
