Wonderful Stay in Pico Rivera

What can I say, couldnt have been a better stay! The landlord Norma is very accommodating, friendly, and will get you whatever you need if you ask. My stay was for 9 months. There was no issues asking for extensions after my initial 3 months were up. The unit had all the essential furnishings needed. The in-unit washer/dryer along with a supplied air fryer were a big plus! I worked nightshift during my stay and had no issues with noise sleeping during the day. Norma and her family keep to themselves but also dont mind engaging in good conversation if you cross paths. She has a couple small dogs who are too adorable to not enjoy. The location was perfect. Theres plenty of parking in a very homey neighborhood. The Whittier Narrows park is only a 5 minute drive away. There are plenty of nearby grocery stores as well as the Montebello shopping center. My girlfriend and I will definitely miss this space. Thank you for everything Norma!

Great new apartment in an amazing location. Can't ask for more!

It is beautifully decorated and fully furnished. Quiet neighborhood, very safe and convenient place. I especially liked how thoughtful Ms. N was. She's a wonderful host--very communicative and sweet. We had a wonderful stay. Your timely and friendly response to all our concerns was a pleasure to have and we honestly couldn't have had a better living experience. Thank you Ms. N.

Very comfortable and clean, love this property!!!

This property is very new, tidy, and in a quiet and clean neighborhood. Norma, my landlord, was very accessible if I needed anything. She also is addressed my needs during my stay to help me feel comfortable. She lives with her kids in the main house and this tiny home is located at the back. The neighborhood has street sweeping on Mondays and Tuesdays, which helps keep the surroundings clean--very different from other areas in the LA metro. Street parking available for renters, but we never had an issue. The neighbors seemed friendly as well. Norma uses credit card to collect payment, which can be convenient if you don't have the amount up front, and she returns the deposit in a very prompt manner, granted you take good care of her place. Also, a washer and drier is installed in the unit, which is a plus. I highly recommend renting with her.

Nice one bedroom home

Really nice guest home on the back property. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Laundry on site. The owner and her family are very nice and keep to themselves.
