Great home!

Loved staying in this home, equipped with everything you need and centrally located near grocery stores, shopping plazas, and about 20-30mins (with traffic) from downtown. All hospitals are within distance. Dane was a great landlord always responsive and able to help!

Coming from a small South Texas town to the City of Austin was a huge transition. D was very understanding and accommodating to the overall environment. The overall stay was welcoming! The overall place was clean and well-maintained. I really liked that D would provide check-ups to see how everything was and if anything was needed. I would recommend staying again if the opportunity and availability would arise. My overall experience was phenomenal.

Best experience ever!

I had an amazing experience staying at this property. From day one until it was time for me to leave, D made me feel comfortable and safe in the house. The house has cameras in the front and back of the house. There is an alarm system in the house and you will receive your own code so you can set it on and off as you please. In addition, he had a key pad lock on my door and I had my own code to use to enter when I was coming and going. I truly felt safe at all times. Also, he provided everything that I needed. Outside of groceries, I cannot think of anything I really needed to purchase because the basics were already supplied including stuff for the bathroom, stuff for laundry, etc. Whenever D was in the house, he was always nice and we had great conversations. The house is absolutely beautiful and the master suite that I stayed in was great. There is a very very comfortable king size bed and my room always stayed clean, especially since he had someone come clean every so often.
